Mandate

Ø    Estimation of District wise area and production under all Crops grown in the Province and to release 1st, 2nd and Final Crops Estimates periodically both in Kharif and Rabi seasons.

Ø    To ascertain reasons for change in area and production of crops.

Ø    To Collect and maintain secondary data on Land use, Agriculture Machinery, Agriculture Loan and Area Irrigated by Different Sources.
